Prasada Yoga is a traditional Hatha yoga studio specializing in multi-level Vinyasa classes. The term vinyasa means "to place with intention". In a vinyasa style class, we aim to mindfully move our bodies at the pace of the breath. All classes are taught by certified instructors, and provide a calm, relaxing, and kind environment.

The word Prasada in Hindi means “to be kind”.  Our mission at Prasada Yoga is to bring the community a unique yoga experience like no other.  

We are taking our yoga back!  Back to where it came, why we practice, the importance of traditions in our practice, and how that makes the journey so much sweeter.  Come to one class and feel the difference.  Feel what it’s like to truly connect with the mind-body-spirit connection of your yoga practice.  


Roseanne Kochnower - Owner

Roseanne Kochnower has been a practicing yogi for over 25 years.  Her passion for the practice and her love for what yoga stands for has led to this new and exciting venture.  It has always been her dream to be part of a yoga studio of her own. Prasada Yoga will allow Roseanne to bring the yoga she loves to a new community and allow her to watch others find their way.  Roseanne has always said "it doesn't matter when you step on your mat, what matters is that you do."  She thanks everyone along the way who has encouraged her  - family, friends, and the yoga teachers who inspire her.
