Beginners Basics

Not sure where to start? Beginner Basics is right for you.  Working with the basic fundamentals of asana (poses), breath, and alignment – this class provides patient and thorough instruction to ensure safety, while giving the new student an opportunity to explore this new journey.

Prasada Power Flow

Prasada Power Flow is a strong, powerful, style of yoga that links movement and breath together and is based on intuition and tradition.  Prasada Power Flow heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with an emphasis on movement, balance, and intention.

Fluid Flow

Fluid Flow offers practitioners the best of both worlds. Combining a blend of Vinyasa flow and strength based asanas, this unique class brings energy and enhancements to your practice.  Tap into the depths of your patience, grace, strength, balance, and flexibility in this very dynamic flow.

Align & Flow

This is, at its core, the intelligent placement of the body and breath.  After setting an intention, you will enjoy the flow sequence that builds up to a challenging or strengthening pose.  This approach to your practice encourages you to be your most vital and intelligent self on your mat. 

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga by linking poses to breath which reveal body awareness, inner strength, and gentle opening.  This is for the student that doesn’t want a fast paced class and is ready to take it slow on their mat.
